Requirements Evaluation
Evaluate and finalize all types of testing requirements and outline the test suite. Test suite describes what needs to be tested and a detailed test design of how to carry out the testing.

The test plans are created in way that is easier to understand.
Test planning is carried out based on IEEE standards for software test documentation(IEEE std 829-1998) and other industry specifications.

Automation
Extensive experience in working with a variety of tools such as Rational Robot, Segue's SilkTest, Mercury Interactive's WinRunner, LoadRunner and QuickTest Pro.

Checklist provides a mechanism for evaluating and verifying all the QA activities planned for each phase of the QA lifecycle are met.
Defect Management
Use Client specified Defect Tracking tool or Standard Defect management tool.
Project Reporting
Reports summarizing the results of testing are documented, reviewed, approved and tracked.
