Quality Management System

The QMS at JNET has been designed to support the company’s business, so that the services offered by the company meet the customers’ expectations consistently and effectively and provide a mechanism for continual improvement. The QMS is established to achieve the following purposes:

  • Setting up of rational time bound business objectives, service delivery and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Identifying the processes needed to achieve the goals.
  • Sequencing the identified processes and sub-processes.
  • Setting up a suitable internal communication system so as to enhance individual as well as process performance.
  • Identification, assignment and implementation of every operation within a defined process leading to clarity towards different functional roles.
  • Provision of required means and implementation of essential control measures over identified processes.
  • Performance monitoring, review and continually improving the effectiveness of the processes.

JNET’s QCoE (Quality Center of Excellence)

  • The Quality Center of Excellence (QCoE) primarily aims at Process Orientation, Operational Excellence, Error Reduction, Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Management resulting in quality delivery and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • QCoE encompasses the Quality Assurance, Reusability, Framework Approach & Best Practices, Knowledge Management and Software Testing Services.
  • QCoE has a set of quality frameworks – which have received the highest level of industry quality accreditations – to fulfill its quality commitment to the customers in a systematic and consistent manner with the intent of continuous improvement.
  • QCoE’s quality frameworks are in compliance with SEI CMMI-SVC ML3 Ver. 1.3 and ISO 9001:2008, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 quality systems.


Quality Certifications

The company has attained ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certification in January, 2008. It has initiated Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) for CMMI implementation in June 2008. It has become part of Dun & Bradstreet Global Database in November 2008.JNET has implemented the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standards and was certified by IQNet and its partner CISQ/RINA in May 2012 .JNET Technologies was recognized as a company complying with CMMI Maturity Level 3 standards by Software Engineering Institute (SEI) in May 2009, renewed the CMMI-DEV v1.3 (staged) Appraisal process in August 2012 and currently appraised at CMMI-SVC ML3 Ver. 1.3
