CSC is a Web-based application which is very much useful for all different types of coaches or team managers. It will be a tedious task to do it manually. Coaches can maintain the contacts of the team members, new team creation, game scheduling, updating the game schedules to the respective teams/distribution lists, creating new distribution lists, creating events, reports and interface. When a coach is affiliated to a team/club he will be able to send emails/text messages to the selected team members regarding the game schedules.The team members are allowed to view their profile, team and event schedule. The team members are also allowed to give their feed back to coaches/team managers.

Parents/visitors/fans are also allowed to view the team, event schedules and give their feed back.

The current version of CSC Application is capable of supporting the entire coach community in automating the data management process for all gaming schedules. The CSC management requires the application to be supported as a web-based application, benefiting from enhanced capabilities such as robust, scalable, consistent and costly to support.

The institution, beyond wanting to resolve these issues, also wanted to solve the problems of coaches and gain the ability to introduce additional functionalities – and thereby boost market share. The institution decided that it wants to upgrade the system using a framework that improved security and cut costs. JNet Technologies helped in solving the problem from a manual process to an improved automated process.

JNet began the development of the application to be worked in a Microsoft Windows-based environment. The team built a secure section for the web site for administration purpose. To meet the client’s comprehensive requirements, JNet developed the application for coaches/ team managers to maintain data of the team members. JNet gave the web site its own distinctive look and feel and consistent.

The team developed the members’ site from the ground up using a Microsoft .NET framework. This resulted in a fast and secure development environment with the flexibility for easy future enhancements.
